You should really change the name of your video. You don't talk about how to get TO India, but how to travel and live upon arrival. The trick is getting there. If anyone has an actual suggestion on how to get TO India cheaply (in my case from the United States), let me know.

10 usd per day? I lived there on Paradise beach for 100 rupies for a day for a month.In Goa back in 2006 for 3 usd with no worries.

+Gabriel Traveler Nice video and trip man, but you paid way too much for the peanuts, It shouldn't cost more than 5 rupees. The fruit salad should not cost more than 50 rupees ,200ml sprite bottle costs 10 rupees & for 60 rupees you can get a 500ml can or a 750ml bottle of decent quality beer, the small ones costs only around 30 to 35 rupees.so you could have pulled it off for 455 Bucks easily.
